Are they good quality scopes? I have three scopes mounted on three different rifles. I have not been able to shoot any of these rifles for approx. 10 yrs. The optics are clear not foggy.

1. Remington 600 6mm with VR ---Weaver K6-1
2. Remington 700BDL .22-250-----Weaver K4-W
3. Custom Mauser .257 Roberts----Weaver V7--El Paso, Tx

I am considering a replacement scope for the .22-250 if only for the increased magnification~12x or more. Any suggestions on my replacement?

I have several Weaver scopes, mostly the lower power K series as I like them on lever guns. Some are probably over 20 yrs. old & none have ever given any trouble. I like 'em.

When ATK acquired Weaver back from Mead Optics a few years back, they did a nice job. Good quality, made in Japan. They've also added a few more lines since (from other countries), lower end, different price point , different quality obviously.
