Ok, this product really got my attention a while back and I'm a bit surprised I haven't heard much about it since.
Buffalo Bore loads a flatnose hardcast 75gr .32acp "+P" that's said to chrono over 900 FPS from a Kel-Tec P32 and it's said we should "expect 20+ inches of straight line penetration in flesh and bone with this load" (according to http://www.buffalobore.com/ammunition/default.htm#32ACP ).
Being that I've carried 73gr S&B FMJs in my P32 for years, I've always strongly favored penetration over expansion with the .32acp. However, to think I can have a dig-digging horror while also having a great crush cavity sounds lovely.
Has anyone actually had first hand experience with this cartridge? If so, how well did it feed? The website listed above made mention of a 100% feed reliability from the P32 which is great as I'm not willing to sacrifice reliability for greater performance. On the other hand, if function doesn't suffer any... well, this would seem like a perfect mate for my lilliputian P32.
Perhaps the advantages of a 75gr hardcast with a meplate over my existing 73gr FMJs with round ogive are negligible, but if accuracy and reliability is on par with this round, I think I'd carry these rounds if not for any other reason than the "warm 'n fuzzies".
