Nope. Parabolic mirrors have a fixed focal length and that would most likely be a lot shorter than the distance required to bounce the beam back. What you would want is a simple planar mirror that would give you the ability to turn the beam back on the would-be zappers. And a tinfoil hat probably would help too.
