No. It's just wise, primary and back up. For me, .380 auto & .22 lr. Some times I'll carry up to 4 at once.Does carrying two guns make you a gun nut?

Years ago, a boss of mine told me that he had one of his revolvers modified to take shotgun shells and that he had the chance to use it, as someone was attemptig entry into his camper as he and his wife were sleeping. He allegedly waited until the intruder got in. Then emptied some bird shot into himRedneckrepairs said:...Now i am old enough that i need to use bifocals on the range which i wont have time for in defense. Again what difference does it make ? I am kinda old and experienced so my feeling is that what you carry is less important than where you shoot someone . Now i am old enough that i need to use bifocals on the range which i wont have time for in defense. So ill just shoot them unless and until they lay down and quit doing what made me shoot them in the first place . Caliber , Capacity , ect.. really dont matter to me as i normally carry a single stack 9mm . It will do the job , and if there is any question well then the reload will settle matters.
True. But, perhaps the poll question should have been formulated more accurately.ArchAngelCD said:...The .38 Special and 9mm are so close and the .45 Auto isn't far behind...
