After returning home from a visit to Cabela's in Reno (170 miles from home) back in early November, I mentioned to my wife that I'd seen a 1950-production Marlin in .35 Remington that interested me.
That very rifle was under the tree on Christmas morning, along with the correct loading dies.
This is just the latest in a LONG string of wonderful guns from her, over the last forty years. Others included a Shiloh Sharps, my Ruger #1 in .416 Rigby, a 6" Combat Magnum, a grade three Browning .22 autoloader, and MANY others.
