What is the braided fishing line for?

I got pretty much every thing I use to shoot packed into an old Romanian AK magazine pouch that I added a strap to.

Not seen in this picture is a tube of Bore Butter, pound of powder, and a powder measure. All powder gets moved away from the area when shooting.

when I come back from a range, I use the things kept in my range bag to do all the maintenance and cleaning. if I take anything out of my other kits to use, and it is small, it goes in the range bag.
