All very impressive. FFMedic wins.
None of this is really relevant because no one says where they are or what sort of problems they would face when stranded.
I currently live in Minnesota and am never more than a mile or two from the nearest house. In the trunk of my motorcycle, I carry:
* Gloves and helmet in case I need to give someone a ride
* A tire repair kit including a miniature air compressor and patches for tube and tubeless tires.
* Tools. The kit is small and is chosen to deal with the sizes of nuts and bolts my motorcycle actually has.
* Jumper cables. (My motorcycle is fuel injected and large and as a rule can't be push started).
* A fairly comprehensive first aid kit.
* A flashlight.
* Water.
In the car I don't carry the gloves, helmet, or tire repair kit, but I do have a blanket, a sleeping bag, a Carhart coverall, and work gloves for dealing with various roadside problems.
