If you try OneShot make sure you follow the directions. It takes a lot of shaking to get every thing suspended from the bottom of the can. Then make sure you give it plenty of time to evaporate the carrier. Not doing this, is the reason most people get stuck (rifle) cases. Not a big problem with pistol brass.

I find a little touch of Imperial Wax on every 3rd to 10th case is more than enough to smooth out the operation and improve the 'feel'. Tall cases, like 44mag, get more frequent treatment. 9mm, not so much.
Admittedly, that slows down the operation slightly, but not enough to matter to me. As always, YMMV. :)

HDwhit beat me to it.

One type of baby powder is pure cornstarch. The other has talc which is a soft mineral. I wouldn't expect it to lengthen barrel life.

I wouldn't try it. I use rcbs lube and take a handful of brass and roll it across the lube pad till it falls in the lid.
I'm waiting till I run out to try one shot so I may be 60 before I try it.

I have only stuck .308 cases in a die. They were all three brand new brass given to me by a coworker. Everything I size now gets a light spray of Pam cooking spray before it gets near my dies. The other cases were range scrounged cases and they loaded fine.

If you dry tumble some Flitz tumbler polish or car wax in the tumbler might lube the brass enough. I seem to recall people mentioning New Finish??

For rifle cases I like the Frankford/Dillon lube lanolin and alcohol.

I use a lot of One Shot. It's fast easy and makes for smooth loading on a progressive. I keep hearing 1 to 10 mix of liquid lanolin and alcohol works great.
Maybe that's what One Shot is?. I ordered some lanolin yesterday to try.
I have one shot AND the lanolin/heet mix. The mix lasts ALOT longer than the one shot. The lanolin is a plus to your hands as well
