First degree murder is excessive. Will most likely be dropped to manslaughter. The one count of committing a terrorist act is just ludicrous. A terrorist is someone who uses violence or coercion as a means for political purposes. Just imagine if this was in Florida and he was white or George Zimmerman, he'd be off scott free. Not trying to throw the race card around, but it's just the sad truth. Don't know how else to put it. Where were the parents at? These kids had no business being out this late. I understand that you were trying to get back at the mans son because of a prank, but you should've not used his property, take it out on the person that actually did it to you. Then you want to do it a second time just to get a leg up and you waited three months just to do it??!! Kids these days, SMH....
