What do you want for Christmas?

Treated myself to a Beretta 92X G compact last week. Picked it up Wednesday. Put about 400 rounds thru it after getting home and thoroughly cleaning it. Another couple hundred rounds Thursday. Merry Christmas?

One of these. An FG-42, the rarest and most sought after of all German WW II weapons. One sold two years ago at auction for $298,000.:what: The magazine was absent.:what::what:

A little out of my price range. The one I am holding appears to be un-issued. The museum has three. One first model and two second models.

I have a new edc flashlight on my list, something in the 1000 lumen range (a big upgrade for me). But my real Christmas present comes after the 1st of the year when the wife gives the high sign that I can buy my one gun for the year. This year it's a toss up between a bfr in 500 jrh, a 454 Bisley Blackhawk or the FA 83 (10") my no good cheatin' buddy snatched up (that he told me I could buy for $700 when he's broke this winter, which is inevitable). Other than that, I'm a dad so normal dad stuff - socks, coffee mugs and pajamas. Life is good, friends.

I'd like a SeekOne SK860 OBD 2 scanner.
As a professional i'd recommend something bi-directional (receive as well as send data) which is ideal for diagnosis as components can be actuated to test for function. There is an ancel brand bi-directional for a little more than the seekone. Otherwise launch makes very good uni-directional readers. -----sorry to come off topic, had to...---

I’ve been jonesing for a blued bull barreled10 in Ruger MK II for a long time. Now I see there’s a MK IV in that configuration...... so that, a rail, and a Volquartsen trigger. Still need to decide scope vs red dot.

If not that, a Springfield stainless range officer in 9mm.

The years have been fairly good to me. I have acquired two guns in the same caliber (.357 Mag.) that I have desired for some time, a lever-action rifle and revolver. I have also been able to get a Keltec PMR-30 and would like a CMR-30 rifle to go with it, but it may be too much of an "ammo waster". :D
Besides, I already have a bolt-action in .22 Mag.
Wishing everybody a Happy and SAFE Christmas and New Year.

Well as for someone getting me something my wife is getting me a Pocket Pro 2. I've been wanting a timer to practice for comps so that'll be great.

What I'll be getting myself is still up in the air. With the status of my state likely another AR of some sort. Or adding to the ammo stockpile, we'll see...

Christmas around our house is more about the kids, although they are grown, and the Grandkids so theres not much on me or my Wife's wish list. I may order a set of Lee 6 place handles for a new Accurate mold that I just bought. My Wife is not real happy with the current holster that She carries Her Springfield 911 in so I may try to get Her something different. Kind of waiting for Midway to put them on sale as I was at deer camp during all of the Black Friday sales.

I hope all of you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I can think of any number of firearms I would like for Santa to bring. However, I learned many years ago who pays for Santa's gifts and wished for nothing. Grandpa Santa added to the GG kids loot which has a much lower price tag. I have a tee shirt that has "Grandpa Santa" printed on it to to prove that's me.

When my son Graduated from High School, He told me he had something to do before going to college. One was to go to Boliva, which he did on his own dime, along with some other members of his church, to help refurbish a Orphanage. He told me how much the kids missed their Mom.Dads. Brothers, Sisters etc.
On a flip side, the only thing they wanted was to have a Bicycle. Makes my wants seem so shallow, trivial. Somehow, there will be a way to get them a bike. God willing.

I believe one of the big bike makers had a program where they donated bikes to kids.
