i have a smith in 357 that i carry, old school i guess.
I agree with you on this. .357 does do the most damage.i have a smith in 357 that i carry, old school i guess.
Certainly nothing wrong with a .357 revolver! If you are proficient with the gun it makes an outstanding SD choice.i have a smith in 357 that i carry, old school i guess.
On that last pic. is that a Ruger LCP? It's very compact for carry.
The nearest police were the armed responce unit ie 2 firearmes trained officers ,they both carried sigs im not up on sig models but they were in 9mm .the 1 police officer was a lefty he had his holster on the left leg but the gun was set up right handed ,i asked why he hasnt changed the mag catch to left and i could not belive the answer he said the gun is not only his its a general issue gun .so in short every time his on duty he could be carring a different gun .how is he supposed to deffend himself and others if he carnt train and get to know his firearm .
Police carry a Sig 9mm? Why not the Sig .45?
The .40 cal has a very snappy recoil that is worse to me than a .45 ACP.I'm a fan of .40, I tried a 1911 .45 and was unimpressed. I have two .40 pistols, a Glock model 22 (full sized) and an M&P40c compact. IMO the compact is pushing the lower limits of what I want to shoot .40 with. The recoil is a but stout. IMO 9mm is a great round for smaller pistols. A 9mm S&W Shield is on my wish list.
