Strangely enough, I keep coming back to a 2-1/4" Ruger SP101 .357 mag. It is just a handy, sturdy little revolver that is easy to conceal and won't wear out until long after I do.
Glock 30. For all my 1911s -- with which I would never part, no matter how much money was on the table -- and all the other Glocks I own, the G30 is fast becoming my absolute favorite.
For me, it's a perfect concealed carry weapon. And I'm finding it's my preferred weapon of choice for sports shooting, GSSF competition, and would be my first choice if I ever had to pick up a gun if the SHTF.
Colt Det. Special. I have a collection of all kinds of handguns but this is the one I usually leave the house with tucked in an IWB holster plus six rounds of 38 spec. +P's in a pocketed speed strip. This wonderful holster I speak of is the Bianchi Snaplok (#84) OWB, by the way. Absolutely a must have for anyone who owns or carries a P-series Sig - it fits all Sig pistols except the P230 and P232.
