I used to think it was crazy to have more than one gun of each type, but now I'm just as guilty as anyone here.
I have several editions of the makarovs. Same gun, but different manufacturers: Bulgarian, Chinese, Russian and East German. Still looking for an East German, post 1989 "Simpson-Suhl" edition.
CZ-75 (1985 original and a modern day production retro). I also have a CZ-75B, but it isn't really the "same" gun due to the squared trigger guard and trigger safety block.
Various 1911A1s from different makers: Norinco, Colt, Springfield, Rock Island: all them your basic 1911 with no bells and whistles.
Smith & Wesson model 60, both in 357Mag but with the 2" and 3" barrels. I also have a model 60 in 38 Special.
