Hi...
Range day on Sunday.
Shot my 7mm Mag at 100 yds...8-9" high. Leupold 3x9 doesn't want to make sight adjustments. Scope hadn't varied a 1/4" in 20 years until now. Hope I don't have to send it in for repair. Going to try it again one day this week and see if I can get it squared away.
Son tested some handloads with his Tikka .308 and Rem 700 in.270. He seems very happy with the loads he tested.
We moved over to the handgun range and shot a few revolvers. Shot all three of my .44Spl revolvers, one of my .41Mags and one of my .357s. Also shot two of my son's .357s.
We did some more test shooting with my .375SuperMag. A friend showed up and we spent about half an hour discussing Dan Wesson revolvers and a custom revolver he is having somebody build. I let him shoot my SuperMag and he was really impressed with it. Said he had never seen one in that caliber, let alone shoot one.
