Please do not grill or flame me too bad :uhoh: I have been trying to figure out the Acronym and just can't do it. I see people put some organizations that I am a member of in it, but I just can't figure it out.

Remember please be nice :D

See how rperry03 started this post? This is what I meant from my comment on the "Flame on" thread. Everybody acts like they're scared to ask a question because they're scared of the response they'll get.

If you don't know: ask! It's okay, at one point nobody here knew any of the stuff they know now.

Okay, I'd like to show some of my lack of knowledge by asking this question:

What exacty makes a 'carbine' a 'carbine'? For example, the M1 carbine. Why is it a 'carbine'.

A carbine is just a short barreled rifle.

I've asked this same question, only a few months ago;)

I'll second what cool9mm said, can't learn without asking ?'s

I'll admit I'm still pretty ignorant...notice I didn't say stupid:D

Dang, I'm done with you guys! Somebody told me when I signed on it was the Right to Keep Beer Accessible. Nobody cares about the plight of the poor Pilsner anymore. :neener:

Hello, I want 45 ACP (45 aluminum canned pilsners) please....

Right to Keep Beer Accessible. Sounds like a premise for a Simpson's episode.

Homer goes to an NRA (National Retailers of Alcohol, which Lenny told him) hoping to support the Right to Keep Beer Accessible (again, Lenny). He notices the large amount of guns, and keeps looking for beer as he talks guns, and buys a bunch of them. Marge gets ticked and babbles and whines. (Matt Groening, take it from there. I want credit though:D)
