TexasRifleman is correct. The wording is in the disjunctive, connected by "or". As such, an affirmation of just one of the 3 alternatives, creates a violation of the entire section.

The CIFTA document was written by the US State Department. The US State Department does not do anything related to domestic "treaties" or regulations, they cannot regulate activities within the domestic United States.

That's not really the point.

The point isn't that this treaty automatically changes US law, it's that once the treaty were ratified the anti gunners in Congress would have more excuses to pass new legislation under the guise of "being a good world citizen" and living up to the treaties we have entered into.
