43. 44 in a couple months -- decent age, decent caliber. :) I wasn't feeling too old until today. Wife and I were shopping and I was holding our 7-month-old son. Lady comes up and asks me how old my GRANDBABY is. :( sigh.

I'm 55 and about ready to make the jump into the next bracket. Some days I feel most of those years. Then I get around my grandson and just forget most of them. I'm looking foreward to going to the range with him un a few years. I've got a rifle ready for a young, new shooter.
Mark.

Ahhh! I have moved out of the under 25 range, I am getting old!:neener:

At least I am playing basketball and trying to lose some weight for real now.

70 going on 49:
I well remember when ammunition was rationed, shot gun shells were made of paper with paper wads and in my part of the world, it was assumed that everyone owned guns and hunted with them.:)

Geezerhood fast approaching

Getting close to geezerhood...will be 59 this year...a regular whippersnapper...

Had I lived in the US, I would have been able to apply for a CCW in most states before June was over :) ...now I live in the not-so-free-world, and don't even have a gun yet :(

36.

It's nice to see that a good 1/3 of the voters are 30 or younger. That is better than I thought it might be. After reading posts on THR and other gun sites for a couple months I have become acutely aware of how America's gun culture is slowly dying by attrition. I did not grow up in a family where guns were owned or used. But if I eventually get married and have kids, I intend to make sure that they do.

Just to reiterate (since this thread seems to have made a comeback from the long lost archives), so am I.

I'm 22, going on 57.

The best of both worlds: young enough to evolve
and run (not to mention dance) circles around others my age,
but having some wisdom granted by age.

.22-57.

Should be a caliber, like .45-70.

cause we share a birth year i'll fill you in, ccw = carrying concealed weapon, generally referring to the permit required to carry in most places.

so now that you know my age, i'll hop on the bandwagon to include extraneous information too. i've put my head through drywall a few times, and wrecked a minivan when i was 17. i've broken many windows, but never on purpose. no firearms were involved. i have one dog who is very old. i have one dog who is not. neither of them live with me right now.
if you're not answering questions that weren't asked, you're posting a deficient response here :p

16 going 17 in June

I remember the day I turned 16, I noticed that they (The Gov.) kicked the minimum age for buying airsoft/paintball stuff from 16 to 18... WatDaFudge?!

I'm gonna make it to 21 just to find out that they kicked the minimum for handguns to 25 or something >.<

Only 68, but some days I feel older then dirt.

And.... I just noticed how many young people that we have in here. I must say that is encouraging.

Younger than dirt; older than the spring buds...46 for a few more days.
