Same here. I've got one on the nightstand (Beretta .22, kept there just so I don't forget to pocket it) and a revolver twixt mattress and bed frame. Also a 1911 on the floor, sometimes.

I picked revolver ( because that is what my wife took back there with her ). It generally depends on what I choose to leave "out" at night. What good would having one or two guns by your bed at night be with the rest of them unsecured (my safe is too bulky for my room)?
