What is your best 357 revolver?

My model 19-4 has the SWEETEST trigger I have had on a revolver. The finish is bad but it shoots so nice I'll never part with it

My favorite is a Monson Dan Wesson 15 2VH. With a little polishing and a spring change, it's as smooth as any Smith I've felt in double action. With an easily adjustable trigger stop, you can shoot it single action and just barely see the trigger move.

My favorite 357mag would have to be my 5.5inch Redhawk' It's had a really good trigger job, (that would make a Python jealous.) it shoots better than I can. Huge handgun, that soaks up the recoil of even the hottest loads. With ease. With lite loads it's like shooring a 22 lr. I've only seen 2 of these Redhawks in my life and I own the best one. Bought it used from a pawn shop about 20-25 years ago. Love it, and will never let it go. my 3 inch GP100 would come in second.

I own 4 357s.

My favorite is a S&W 686P with a 2.5 inch barrel. Accurate, great trigger and it handles well.

I own a Taylor and CO Smokewagon with a 5.5 inch barrel. Its shortcomings are that it is single action and only hold 5 rounds, of course that is why I bought it...

I have two Rugers, a SP 101 with a 2 and 1/8 barrel and a GP 100 Wiley Clapp model. I have issues with Ruger triggers and tend to short stroke them firing double action.

Smith & Wesson 28

When I first started with the Sheriff's dept i was issued a S&W 28, when we upgraded to autos we went to the S&W 39 and I was allowed to buy my old model 28 for about $30.00. I still have that gun along with 3 other 28's. That gun started me on my way to collecting Smith And Wesson handguns, still my favorite of them all.
I guess that's saying tons because I have over 30 Smith & Wesson handguns in my collection today, my wife happened to ask me a few years ago what was the difference between a collector and a shooter. I simply told her in my case it was having so many guns and little time to shoot them.
