A Blackhawk in .45 Colt would be nice, but since you already have a .44 Magnum, I'd get a Super Blackhawk in .44 Mag, especially if you don't reload.
A bit more information like, if you reload or not, if you do or would hunt with handguns or not, where you live (i.e. what kind of wildlife is around) etc. would be helpful.

I don't reload. I do plan on hunting sometime in the future, nothing too big. I basically have the .44 for defense against bears camping. I shoot mostly for recreation.
I'd like to stick with DAs for now.

That's a key bit of information
Personally, I wouldn't get another Ruger with your collection if it had to be a DA.

They made the SP101 in 22, but they've gotten expensive and were never supposed to be that great a gun anyway (compared to a S&W DA 22).
There's something cool about the Super Redhawk Alaskan in 454, but it is a fun (for some) gun mostly. The longer barreled version in 454 would be great for hunting and wouldn't be too bad at the range.
If DA wasn't a requirement, I'd recommend a single six or Bisley Blackhawk or Vaquero in 45 Colt.

Ruger only makes so many DA revolvers and you already own one of most of them. It sounds like you already know what you (don't) want.

I'm thinking MkIII, Single Six, or Super Blackhawk in 44 mag. You can't go wrong with any of those.

Why not the 5" Blackhawk in .327 Federal?
I know the ammunition is a bit pricey, but an 8 shot capacity and the ability to fire 4 different cartridges is nothing to sneeze at!
i have often thought that if I were a new shooter, and not already bogged down with many cartridges, a .22 and a .327 would be my first two pistol purchases.

Another GP. A 3 inch while they are still making them or if you can find the rare version, a 3 inch adjustable sighted one. And then there is the 7 shot GP in .327 Fed which would be a bit different. Other than that a 4" Redhawk as another stated or a Security Six/Speed Six from the old days would be a good addition.
I am saying this with no disrespect, but to maybe push your boundaries a little.
I think you've already got a good sample of DA's. if you want a new DA experience, get a different brand. If you want a Ruger, I'd branch out and get a New Vaquero, 4 3/4". You'll be surprised how much fun it is. I know that I waited too long to get into single actions. They make a fantastic counterpoint to DAs and you will learn to shoot both much better because of it (think, "cross training"). I consider the money I spent on a 4 3/4" Ruger NV in .45LC as some of the best "bang for the buck" I've ever spent on a gun. And once you are familiar with them, they are imminently practical as a trail/home or even carry gun.

In a DA Ruger, I would look for a used 4" Security Six. Seems like you've got most of the other DA bases covered for the time being. If you want to expand your choices to SA Rugers, then maybe a Bearcat, Single Six, Blackhawk, Vaquero, Bisley, or Super Blackhawk, might fill a particular need in your gun collection.

With no disrespect to Ruger - I love 'em - I would suggest you branch out and try an older 4" K-frame Smith. I love my model 15 and hope to add a model 10 for my daughter sometime relatively soon. I have a deal available on a model 66 (.357 Mag).
The other series I would love to get is the big N-frame .357 like the model 27 or 28. Bigger than the GP100, they soak up recoil from even the most obnoxious loads.
But what I am really trying to work out is a trade for a model 25 in .45 Colt. Something about that big sixgun makes my heart pitter-patter a little quicker.

I have shot some DA Rugers a long time ago and they were fun, but the cowboy style grip doesn't seem to suite me.
I like the idea of a 4 inch revolver. A security or speed six certainly would be nice. I don't run across them in my local gun shop though. Maybe I need to branch out and browse more shops. How do they differ than say the GP100 4inch? As mentioned earlier I already have a GP100 6inch. Are they more polished than the latest revolvers coming out of the Ruger factory? I was actually thinking about getting a 3inch SP101, but to be honest I won't buy another SP101 unless I have a gunsmith lined up to polish the burrs from the factory all over the gun and round the trigger.

like they said, you have pert near all Ruger DA bases covered unless going different caliber or DAO snubbie LCR
but every Ruger DA fan ought own a nice Speed Six or Security Six in 38/357
would seem to fit mighty well within your chosen genre, yet is a whole 'other' Ruger experience
may take some looking, but well worth the effort !

vs 38/357, the short answer is "none"
which is why it ain't selling like hotcakes, and not everybody is convinced it will fare any better than it's predecessor, the 32 H&R mag

If you want to keep the DA theme going then an older Security Six (vs. a Speed or Service, becuase the Security has adjustable sights - but that's just me). Then you'd have a collection that showed the incremental progression of the Ruger DA design. From Security Six, to the Redhawk, to the GP, to the SP101. Form follows function. Egg, tadpole, pollywog, frog.
