What will we call them?

After the AWB ends, what do y'all think the terminology will be? I mean, we've got pre-ban and post-ban guns/mags/parts, but what will they current post-ban stuff be called?

Since stuff sold after 9/14/04 with "pre-ban features" will take ovr the name of Post-Ban (logically IMO), and Pre-Ban will always and forevermore be Pre-Ban, how about "oppressed(sp?)?" "Neutered?"

:D

Just refer to them as Feinsteins. :neener:

[voice=oldgeezer]Y'all remember those old Feinsten guns? I has me one of them Feinstein AR-15s and my brother had a Feinstein M1-A.
I used to have a bucket full of Schumer magazines for my Browning HiPower but some tourist from California bought 'em all up at a re-dic-u-loss price.[/voice]

BluesBear, you're a genius! And don't forget Clintons. That would be appropriate.

"I had Clinton magazines for my pistol, but now I have regular mags."
Or 'Clintonized' when referring to a neutered rifle...

For regular-capacity magazines, and rifles that will be allowed to carry all the accoutrement they were before, as opposed to the post ban weapons, how about:

Well-hung as opposed to gelded?

I've got a few suggestions for the categories:

Pre-Ban = Made prior to September 1994 with evil features.
Post-Ban = Neutered to comply with Ban.
Refit = Post-Ban gun with banned features added.
After-Ban = Configured whatever way you want it from the factory.

Or, we can call them just plain "Guns."

How about some humerous suggestions. I've got a few.

De-Ban
Dark = Well, what else would a gun be after sunset?
Evening = Same concept.
CSFPO = Clinton/Schumer/Feinstein P$%*er Offer.
Sporting Arms

And maybe a few suggestions for the VPC next to label them to give the soccer moms Conniptions like "Baby Murder Cannon."

Actually I was thinking about this the other day so I'm glad someone brought it back up ... I have 10 10rd magazines for my Steyr M40 ... I think when the AWB ends, I'm going to refer to them as my IDPA mags :D
