This is more a problem of issuing troops AP rounds when their targets are wearing t-shirts at most and high on khat.

Frankly if we'd dump the stupid Hague convention rules against JHPs we wouldn't have had such stopping problems with 5.56mm

well the marines and army are using more of a mushrooming round now. or some units are.

and khat is not a very psychoactive drug. its not very strong at all. it would be like drinking 3 cups of coffee. which would have no effect on ones ability to stay in the fight after taking some rounds.
