What would you do if you lost them all?

I think I've got about thirty grand in coverage, so I'll be righteously pissed that I've gotta find a new Johnson and two new SVT-40s and such, but I will be able to afford it from the insurance.

I will be incredibly sad my turk mausers and all the other pretties with the tiger stocks were gone, though. They're irreplaceable.

I wouldn't tell my insurance company I have guns. I have heard of people that their insurance company dropped them because they owned guns.

After i replaced the 500 lb safe that they are always stored in, i would start to buy more guns

I'm pretty well insured.

If I lost every gun that I own my plan would be:

ASAP after filing police report, etc., buy a S&W/Ruger 38 or 357 revolver and a 12 ga pump shotgun to provide some security and peace of mind. Wait for the insurance to pay off, then buy a better safe and try to replace what I've lost.
