^ That looks like a heck of a gun for $180, assuming it's not going to come falling apart the first time you run anything more than a target wadcutter through it.
Here, another vote for Hi-Point or a used S&W, Browning, or Ruger .22 if you're not going to conceal it, or a used Taurus revolver or SW9VE if you are.
Wouldn't carry any of the old commie pistols myself, but fine for the range, and you can still find the occasional nice Makarov or Tokarev for under $200, and could buy a pair of Nagant pistols and a box of .32 H&R Magnum with that.
