First Caveat: Of the three handguns mentioned I only own a Glock 43. So choosing from those three the only one I could recommend is the one that I have experience with.
Second Caveat: I really wasn't impressed with my glock 43. I ended up with a Glock 26. If I had to recommend a gun close to what you have listed I would go with the Glock 26 or if you wanted something with a slightly thinner grip I would recommend an M&P Shield 9 first generation. I'm confident recommending that gun because I have experience with it.
I could suggest an M&P Shield Plus but I can't recommend it because I've never shot one
