Whats a Used G19 worth

That is a first generation that is in excellent condition.

Do I need to do any upgrades to this pistol? I vaguely remember something about Generation 1s needing some particular upgrade from Glock.

I believe that you can call Glock, give them the serial number, and they can advise you what upgrades are available. That may be your best bet.

A quick check to see if this Glock had the "Enhancement".

Remove slide and look at the metal firing mechanism in the rear of the frame. If the metal is coated black, it is in need of Glock's enhancement. If it is bright metal (silver colored) it should be okay. The ejector may still be black but that's okay.

There should be a note on the box label if it went thru the enchancement program.

A used 15-18 year old Glock? I'd say around $300.
