I'm Fixen to make an order For some plated Hollow Points that I hope will expand. I have not tried any of the plated HOLLOW POINTS. IM THINKING Extreme Bullets or maybe Berrys or RMR or is there a better option. They will be 9mm 124gr shot through a FNP-9 GOV, and a Browning HI-POWER, and a IMI/Magnum Research Jericho, also a marlin Camp Carbine and a HI-POINT Carbine. Which bullet would y'all go with.

With the exception being the new Berrys Hybrid HP, plated HPs are not designed to expand and will disappoint you.

Speer gold dots would be what you are needing. They are plated bullets that expand well. Otherwise, dont waste your time trying to get cheap xtreme, rmr or berrys(with an exception as walkalong pointed out) to reliably and consistently expand. They wont.

I buy a couple hundred hornady xtp's with each new caliber for carry/HD. They are good bullets for a good price. How many holla tips could you possibly need?

RMR has some jacketed HPs that are designed to expand, so do other companies. Plated "Target" HPs are not designed to expand.
The Speer Gold Dot (which is a plated bullet) was designed to expand AND hold together.
The question is what is the intended target/use?
If I was loading SD rounds I would buy Gold Dots, or maybe Sig V Crowns.
If I was loading for Zombies I might buy something else.
If I was punching holes in paper or shooting steel something different again.
