Not field strip, DETAIL strip to the bare bones.

Which firearm have you completely disassembled; that it didn't take half a day to take apart.

This would help future firearm purchase, by your opinion.

Personally, it would be Glock handguns. So few parts so easy to tear down. All you need is the 3/32" punch and you're good to go.

So what's the easiest & less painfull firearm you've taken apart?

1911. Harder to field strip, but it all makes such sense when you detail strip it. Easy to work on. Easy to replace parts. In fact, it is designed to be detail stripped with nothing more than the pieces on the gun, no tools needed.

(Marlin) Glenfield Model 10 single shot bolt action .22, one bolt field strips, the rest goes easily.

Probably an SKS. I'd say a CZ-52 if it weren't for a couple of the springs.

Worst of all... Winchester 1892. Getting the ejector assembly back in is a royal pain in the backside!

1911A1 is easy for a handgun, the series 80 is a little more tricky to put back together. You don't really need any tools.

The AK and FAL rifles are simple too. The Garand isn't too bad except for the magazine..

Probably an SKS.
Uh, uh.Taking apart the trigger group is a royal bi**!

I like the 1911 and you don't need anything besides the pistol its self to strip it to bare components.

I dont know about that Stage2. Field stripping is one thing, but detail stripping a Sig pistol looks to be pretty involved to me.
