What's the NEXT gun you're gonna buy?

Maybe a Mosin m44 carbine or a 308 bolt action rifle if I find one that I like I dislike modern wooden stocks for bolt action rifles, I do not know why I love the old style stocks. After that it will be a 44magnum of some kind or 44 special, maybe a 357 any of those revolvers with a 4 or 3 inch barrel. The revolver will be next May some time as I will be leaving for basic in January and then Medical Admin tech school for another two months.
 
Smith & Wesson AR-15. I just came back from bass pro with 200 rounds of UMC .223 and I don't even own a .223/5.56 rifle.......yet!!!! :)
 
Henry AR-7. Not high powered punch-a-hole-in-cars rifle, but damn it looks fun.

Or another SU16c, but I don't think those will be easily available for a long ass time.
 
I'm contemplating the following:

PSL 7.62x54
AR platform .308
1911 10mm longslide if I can find one
Mossberg 500 SP 12ga
 
I think my next is going to be a Benelli M4. I've been bouncing around which semi auto shotgun I want to get and the M4 feels the best in my hands.

I guess my Saiga conversion will have to wait a little be longer.
 
My next purchase is a Sig p238

Well, I just purchased it and love it. So now my next purchase is a full-sized 1911 for at or around $850. Been looking at the SA Loaded and Kimber Custom II. I like the looks of the new Ruger but have not been able to find one.
 
I am wanting another 10/22. I've got a set of Tech-Sights in the drawer waiting for a good deal to come buy on a used one or hopefully I will when the one being raffled off at the local gun store.

Why would anyone dare throw a negative comment out when it comes to buying a gun! First...it's a 1911. Great choice. 10 mm??? Eehh! BUT...it's a caliber..therefore..you should have one!

I was looking at the same pistol! That little thing is NICE! Does it shoot as straight and accurately as the dealer states? No fudging now..seriously! Is it really a shooter?
 
What I think I really want is a Savage model 12 Palma!! I finally saw one in person at the range..and that thing is beautiful. It's a guy down there that must make a ton of money and he buys one gun per month. They are never crappy or cheap firearms. This was the least expensive one he has bought. It was $1450 plus 900 plus for the VX-3 scope. He is not really a great shooter. Shaky hands by his own admission. He put 5 rounds down the range. 4 of them were within 1/2 inch. The other was 1/2 inch away. He called that his flyer! He let me take a whack at it and I duplicated his group 1 inch away. The felt recoil on this .308 is minimal. It was amazing just how light the recoil was. The trigger is VERY light and breaks clean and crisp! THAT is the next rifle I would like to buy! :D

The P238 is very sweet. Fits in the hand nice and my first range time put 250 down range with no issues other than running out of time to keep going. I got the SAS model which goes through a "de-horning" process in the CS. I love this little gun. I think my wife is going to get one next as she too had a blast with it.

or an HK45c

This will make #3 for me. Two more after this will complete my immediate purchasing plans. They will be a Ruger mini-14 and Remington 700.

I have never owned a revolver, but each time I think of what I want in my next gun the Ruger SP101 chambered in 357 magnum always enters my mind... The Smith and Wesson 686 comes to mind also, but is about $250 more expensive..
 
CZ SP 01 Phantom. I went into the store to order one yesterday. Somehow I didn't get it done. All I accomplished was trading away my used XD .40 (that I've had for less than a month) for a used Glock 21. I wanted another .45acp besides the old Kimber. I don't really feel good about the trade but it's too late now. I'll get the CZ in Aug. or Sept.
