Ordered a Glock 17 3rd Gen last Saturday. It's on its way Btw, this will be my third Pistol purchase. I need me a .44 mag or a 357 in the near future though.
I'm watching for a blued preferably 4" King Cobra for my snake collection. Will consider a 6" if the price is right. Although any snake can throw me right off the wagon. Just like my Harleys, if I have to explain, you wouldn't understand.
I would love a Rami BD. The price is a little prohibitive even if I could find one. I haven't seen one in stock anywhere. My LGS said his distributors have been sold out for at least 4 months. The last one he had went for the full MSRP of $620 + tax.
The Rami P on the other hand can be had for less than $500 brand new. The big difference is the P uses a manual safety instead of a decocker and has a polymer frame. I really prefer the decocker on a carry weapon. Pull and squeeze is a lot easier to accomplish under stress.
Looking at a Bersa Thunder 22 for a couple of reasons. I carry the 380, at least as much as is legally possible, and want to practice with the same platform as inexpensively as I can ... going to get decidedly good with that weapon. It's also a nice choice for my kids as they spend time with me at the range. My 16-year-old daughter went with me a couple of weeks ago, for the first time, and was surprisingly good with the gun ... both in general handling and safety concerns, and in aim. I watched her lose her flinch within the first three mags, and then she was kicking in the 8 and 9 rings from a decent SD distance. She's also very interested in shouldering our 870 and taking down some clay. Anyway, the inexpensive 22LR ammo will make it easier to go to the range regularly and improve my/our aim.
Inter Ordnance AK47
After i get off work this afternoon, it's off to the pawn shop to pay off the first half.
Then, count the minutes until i get paid again and can take it home
The new Ruger SR 1911 as soon as I can get one ordered. I'm breaking one of my own rules and buying an "untested by time" new production gun, but I think it will be fine. Did the same thing with the CZ SP 01 and the only complaint I have is that I'd prefer it without the rail.
