Les Baer, Custom Carry Commanche

I had Les Baer build me this. It is blue over hard chrome and a shoots 100 times better than I do. It is a pleasure to hold and shoot!!

Beretta M9 (civilian version). 15 rounds, and it has never failed me. Also easy to field strip and clean.

It is a fine looking firearm.

The High Power! Although right now I've got the FEG clone. The FN is nice and I've owned several in the past but the FEG is just as nice at 1/3 the price! The blueing on the FEG is better than any FN I owned!

The Browning Hi Power is my favorite 9MM. But the HK P7M8 and CZ-75 are close seconds.

I only have a Sig P225 in 9mm so it is currently my favorite. I liked how the USP Compact in 9mm felt... but I think I still prefer my Sig.

There are many who will disagree with what I think is one of the finest 9mm made. My choice would have to be the Beretta 92FS.

My second choice would be a CZ75 PCR. This gun has a nice balance of quality, size (compactness), price, functionality, and reliability.

I love my P7M8 because it is very accurate and I like its manual of arms. However, I am intrigued by all the positive comments regarding the CZ 75 and am looking to pick one up.

I'm very fond of my Browning Hi Powers but I like my SIG pistols too. I tried a Walther P99 and it felt pretty good as well. I've got a P7M13 that is a great gun to carry but isn't my favorite by far.

I'd have to say my favorite 9mm is the BHP.

My FAVORITE 9mm would have to be my Walther P99. The Beretta 92FS was my first love, but the P99 has been nothing but 100 reliable in my hands. Shoots and feeds everything I put through it and I love the trigger. This gun feels like an extension on my hand. Its a great way to reach out and touch paper at 25 yards.

Very close, but I slightly prefer the BHP over the CZ75.

Both are accurate and relaible with preferred ammo, but the BHP's of my experience "prefer" most anything.

Subjective feel is also an edge to the BHP IMHO, and the BHP is slightly more compact.

Wonder Nine...

Best I've done with is a Glock 19c. Loved the way it handled on the range, acurate and reliable.

Chose a Ruger P95 for myself. Still working on that darn trigger.

Browning High Power followed closely by Beretta 92FS. I actually shoot better with the BHP for some reason. The Beretta has fed everything bullet type I've put into it with no problems.
Years ago, I had a P7 but foolishly sold it. I've regretted it ever since.

no compromise ...

HK P7 M13
me and my P7 - true love ...

BHP

For me, the BHP is tops. Second would be a CZ-75SA. The CZ-75SA might actually shoot better for me, but it is slightly clunkier than the BHP.

I've been thinking that a 9mm 1911 would probably get pretty far up on my list of favorites.

I currently own three 9mm's. CZ75B, CZ Compact PCR, and a
Walther P99. The P99 fits the best and seems better balanced
to me - and I shoot it the most accurately.

I only have one 9mm handgun, so I guess my 3" S&W 547 is my favorite. It is an interesting cross between .38 Special recoil and .357 Mag power.

Walther P88 full size. Totally ambi, and functions flawlessly. Had it for ten years (or about) and never a malfunction.

CZ 75B (what a shock). It is very reliable, highly accurate, very well made, has great fit and finish, could be the picture in the dictionary for ergonomics (fits most hands extremely well), is a DA/SA gun that can be carried in condition one and it is inexpensive. This gun does more things well than just about any other gun I've ever had the pleasure to own or shoot.
