I hit a steel silhouette at 250 yards with my Glock 17 on the first shot. But then I missed with the other 16.
My brain is on vapor-lock at the moment so the name escapes me, but there's a guy on Youtube who consistently shoots much smaller targets at much longer ranges with a variety of handguns.
Hickok45.There's an old steel barrel at my impromptu range. At 100 yards I can hit it 60 or 70% of the time with my Hi Power. I'm sure that off a rest I could hit it nearly 100% of the time, keeping in mind that a barrel is a pretty big target. What's interesting is that there is no holdover at that range, I just bisect the barrel with the front sight and squeeze.

I call it a midget rifle. I whacked a few prairie dogs over 150 yards. It wasn't as much fun as its cut out to be.
