Almost Every Maker Have A Junk Gun,Its No Matter Of Maker,Some Guns Are Bad Since Has Been Built Or Models That Dont Work. The Junk I Think Are:

S&W Sigma Series.

I think it's pretty clear guys.

No brand is 100% reliable.*

......That's why all of you should turn in your guns to me, and defend your family's with rocks and sticks.:neener:

*except CZs :neener::neener:

.

Never liked the Beretta 92, don't know why. I'm sure its a fine gun, but
not for me. Under normal circumstances, I would never buy one.

I will never, EVER buy a 5.5" USFA Omni-potent in .45 Colt, with the bone case hardening, "A" factory engraving, blued accents, ivory grips, and my signature embossed in gold on the back strap. Ever.

Unless I win the lottery.

I have never known anyone who ever had any complaints about a Smith and Wesson revolver.

I have, but funny: someone always seems to be there to snatch it up lickety split! I think it has more to do with personal preferences than anything else (for example: "I DON'T LIKE BIG BORE SNUBS... anymore. It hurts!")

any autoloader pistol. I just don't KNOW how they work. So they scare me. A revolver just seems solid, safe, and relighable to me.

I bought a NIB Colt Defender at a gun show and no matter what ammo I ran through it it would jam. I sent it to the Colt factory twice and it still failed often. I now have a Glock 36 45ACP that I carry daily. It is accurate and has never let me down.

Looks like Beretta and Sig got through this thread so far with only a few negative criticisms. Just an observation.

Edit: Deleted; Nevermind; just realized I already replied a few pages back.

But add Cooper and H.S. Precision products to the list of "never buy."

Not that I can actually BUY any kind of handgun but two I have a particular dislike for having fired them are the Taurus Titanium in .44 Mag & the Glock 30 in .45 ACP.

Any middle-aged guys out there remember the Llama line of pistols and revolvers?
Worked in a gun shop for a few years..those Llamas were good but expensive boat anchors...

man after reading this thread sounds like we would be better off with a baseball bat

Glock
Hi Point
Pheonix arms
.50 cal
Black powder revolvers
Remington Nylon:barf:
500 S&W
.32 pocket pistol - smeday the .327 may sway me but it will take a while

Tried a Taurus revolver; never again. :uhoh: Tried a Beretta Tomcat; never again. :fire: But you gotta try 'em before you know you'll never again buy 'em. :D

Guns that are all gold or otherwise just meant to be flashy. I like engravings like BBQ guns, but I hate all those Desert Eagles that are all gold and rubies.

Actually for me it would be a high end 1911. I might buy a low to mid range model but spending 2k on a gun is pointless to me, unless its an AR.

O ya id never buy a Glock for my own use. Id rather use a sigma

hehe, I would not be popular in some folks heres circles. I have a rossi that I love and one of my carry guns is a Taurus PT1911. I also own a Glock. I also have a Hi-Point .40 None of the guns above have had any issues. Only gun I've ever owned that did have serious problems was a Ruger, which had its' purchase refunded. I've learned some of my weapons like certain ammo. I have a charles daly 1911 that doesn't do hollow points, a springfield GI that if you limp wrist at all gets very upset. I know these things are fixable, but they go to the charactor of the gun. The GI is a project so it will get stronger springs soon. The Daly is not a carry gun and was a gift so it sits in the safe. The hi-point...well its big, its heavy, it sure isn't pretty, but it goes bang every time and is accurate enough. I bought it because it was a desk drawer gun. No failures at all with well over 400 rds through it.
