Can't say "never" because I once said "I would never buy a Glock". My EDC is a G30 and the wife's is a G26. Both are flawless in every way. The 30 is 10+1 of 45ACP and I have a 13 round mag as well. Wife's came with 10+1 in 9mm but she went for 12 round mags for more grip. I sometimes grab her G26 and it's so small and light it is a pleasure to carry. Ugly as hell but here in Florida we have to be concealed so for the time being my wife won't have to Krylon rattle can pink her's and I don't need a pimped out 1911.

Had a friend who bought a taurus revolver-357-and if you cock it or try to pull the trigger with the barrel facing up, it would lock the cylinder-rds would catch against the base plate. Bad Design, i'm thinking.

Really? I have 2 Raven's in my collection of 60 some handguns, All the way from Kimber custom on down. While not my favorite they have their place.

Many many folks have been shot by them and even killed, over the years.

As far as a "never buy", it doesn't exist.

I will never ever buy one, nor will I ever recommend one to anyone.

Add Vulcan/Hesse/Blackthorne to that list as well. It's always a clear indication of a company's worth when they have to change their name several times in a 10yr period.

Any Para Ordnance double stack 1911. Too much like trying to grip a brick.
Ditto for a .45 or 10mm Block, I mean Glock. Plus, I hate the garbage trigger pull on a Block.

I will never buy a Taurus firearm, or really any cheaper-than-competiton budget gun or any gun with an unusually high reporting of bad customer service or poor quality (Raven / Bryco / Jennings / Rossi / Charter). Probably not even Kel-Tec.

I will buy and love Ruger, but Ruger is inexpensive, not cheap. Big difference.

Fully aware that makes me a brand snob and I'm fine with it.

Any single shot hunting rifle, any Taurus (bad experiences) and even though they look nice, handle nice and get good reviews for the most part I would necer buy any Japanese made Browning. I almost bought one over the last Winchester m70 I bought (and m70's are my favorite) until I seen "made in Japan" stamped on the barrel. I don't know what it is but i knew that'd always be in the back of my head distracting me while in the deer stand.

Once my Taurus Judge fell apart while loading, that convinced me to think twice about a $500 good looking future wall mount. I would never use this frequently for fear of it failing when actually needing it.

CHEAP AR's. DPMS, Del-Ton, RRA, Stag (unless In was a lefty, and then you're pretty much stuck. Maybe you could get a stripped upper, and build it up correctly, though!), Olympic, Shrubmaster, et.al.

When you can get a BCM or a Colt for under a grand these days, there's NO excuse for a cheaply MADE AR any more.

I have a hi-point for a truck gun. It's not so bad,if you don't mind big,heavy and ugly. I don't care,it stays in the truck where I don't have to look at it. It is a lot better than any of the Jennings family of guns. Those are just as likely to kill the shooter as the shootie.
