Where can I find 6-64 screws?

I've got a Nighthawk/Marvel .22 conversion kit that uses an Elliason rear sight like the early Gold Cup 1911's. I'd like to put a Fastfire mount on it in place of the rear sight, using the hole for the rear sight elevation screw. From everything I can tell, it's a 6-64 thread (looks like 8 threads per 1/8"). It's definitely finer than a 6-48. It would be ideal if I could find a 6-64 x 3/8" flat head screw of some type, but after searching online for a couple of hours, I can't find *anything* in a 6-64 thread. I'd rather not use the elevation screw for the sight because it looks like I wouldn't be able to replace it if anything went wrong, and I want to keep it intact if I ever decide to reinstall the sight.
Anyone have any suggestions for where else I could look?

Edit: I did find replacement Accro/Elliason elevation screws (6-64 thread) are available from Kensight for $7.95 each, so if all else fails I'll get a couple of those to have on hand
