Where to rent less-than-common handguns?

Through some local rental ranges and trial and error I narrowed down a handgun my wife and I can share for home and self defense. Now I’d like to get a full size range gun for myself, something other than a Glock or M&P. Specifically, I’d like to try some CZ’s, a Hi-Power, a 2022 and a 1911 chambered in 9mm.

Can I find what I’m looking for at Knob Creek or is there a better way?

Part of the problem is that the stores will have for rent the ones that sell well for them. This basically means that they're going to be common. There has only ever been one range that I've seen, with pistols/revolvers to rent, that had anything other than either standard or unique (but widely enjoyed... like the Beretta CX4) pieces to rent; that was in Bay City, Michigan. The thing that really sets this store apart is that it's VERY high volume/traffic/sales. You should look for similar stores in your area... ones that are large and/or very busy/popular.
