I love the Galco Ankle Glove for my J Frame but they don't make one for the US-production PPK, dammit!

I tried the BugBite product and even though it's comfortable, I question its security, and the butt end of the gun prints like a copy of the New York Times-Fishwrap.

If you've got an ankle rig for your PPK or K/S and you're happy with it, please clue me in! :(

Redacted, how does your Fobus rig "stay up"? The reason I went with the Galco for my J Frame was its optional retention strap, so that the gun's weight is carried above the swell of the calf. What keeps the Fobus from riding down onto the ankle bone?

Well Col. Harrumph, it doesn't need the retention strap on the calf. The holster is very well padded so it touches on the very top part of the ankle, but mostly it is held up by the narrow part of the leg, just above the ankle.
I use this holster on a couple of other pistols too. Most of the time it is so comfortable that I can forget it is there. I have no problem running with this arrangement.

Thanks Redacted. Which flavor of PPK do you have? Galco distinguishes between "Euro" and "US" production PPKs. Apparently there are dimensional differences and Galco's ankle rig will not fit the US-made pistols. Or so Galco says, anyway.

It doesn't make a difference to Fobus, apparently...?

I enjoy my PPK’s but if I was looking for an ankle holster for one I get one that matched the lead weight I would have to put on my other ankle so I don’t walk funny.

Maybe a PPK on one ankle and a couple LCP’s/extra mags on the other, for balance, would be a better idea.
