If you shoot lefty (or roll the ejection port up to use an offset sight), a new charging handle isn't going to help much because most of the gas is coming through the ejection port (either through the breech or the two holes in the BCG that bleed off extra gas pressure).
RTV sealant is the best solution for right handed shooters. I've got the Gasbuster and can't tell any difference between it and the Bravo Co. Gunfighter charging handles as far as reducing gas in the face when shooting surpressed.
