i found 2 guns that iv been trying to hunt down over the last few months. a 97 winchester COPY in like new for 350 otd or a marlin 1894 .357 16in bbl. in good condition for 470 otd.i can only get one.

Marlin. Was it cut down to 16" from the original 18.5"? Is there any chance it could be one of those rare 16"ers with a synthetic stock and in stainless steel?

Marlin, 357s are getting really hard to find, don't hesitate (especially if its the stainless/laminate model)

Get the Marlin.

That's a shorty, which is a) hard to find and b) definitely no Remlin. Pretty good price, too.

You could turn around and make $75 selling it with zero trouble, if you wanted.
