well, I got a Ruger P95 that's gonna be with me for the long run and I want to get a Kydex with a paddle attachement so I can wear the pistol while doing chores at the hunting camp; I've hit a road block finding one; I tried 2 different Fobus holsters: 1) RU-1 that fits the full size aluminum framed guns and 2) RU-97 which lists the Ruger P95, as well as P93, P94, and P97, but doesn't accomodate the improved model P95's with the rail; searched several shops that carry BlackHawk SEPTA holsters, but came up empty

can anyone help with brand, model, and source for one that fits? thanks

A quick google search shows that galco has some offerings, but I don't know that they come in kydex. One of the reasons you may have had problems with the Fobus gear is that they are manufactured from molded plastic, and not the harder kydex that's usually used to fit a firearm like a glove. www.comp-tac.com has kydex paddle holsters for the P-95, but you might want to call them to make sure that their product will accommodate your weapon with a rail. They've had a longstanding reputation for quality and good service as well.
