I know my collection isn't that big, or complete but I would like to see some other collection pics. If your one of those guys that thinks posting a pic of your guns is a security concern then don't post, you don't have to tell me that. As far as mine goes I have just about everything I need except a good ccw. ( Ruger LCR will arrive shortly). I would also like an AK and a 8 shot .357. Really that's all I can think of for now. Of course I will probably buy guns for as long as I live or until the gooberment decides I can't anymore

Get ready for a lot of reports about tragic boating accidents....

You have a nice collection started, but you can never have "everything you need." :)

Tell me about your lever guns. The top one looks like a Marlin 39 maybe? Is the bottom a Winnie?

Maybe I am dull but I don't get the boat accident reference. As far as the lever guns, you sir are absolutely correct. Good eye. The winnie is, if I remember correct a 1957 model. It is also, one of two guns that I would not sell. The other being the Python.

The "boating accident", is what the Tin Foil Hat wearers say to try(failing miserably) to be sneaky and trick the government and possible thiefs into thinking they don't have any guns.

There is a small subset of gun owners who think the most brilliant reply to any question about whether they own guns, any request to see pictures of guns, or any query as to the size or nature of their collection is to make some comment about having owned guns, but they have tragically lost them in a boating accident. At this point it seems that they are just trying to be funny or clever, but it's as amusing as the guy who walks around all day saying, "Hot enough for ya?", "Working hard or hardly working?", and "Not if I see you first!". :)

It would be nicer of said people could resist the urge to post and just let those who want to share do it without the silly comment.

Now, back to the pictures!

Never took a group picture...but up to about 30 guns, give or take 3. And I tragically lost my cameras memory card in a boating accident. :neener: Seriously though, I did manage to lose my memory card:scrutiny:

Hoping to see a few nice group pics up here.

I lost my boat in a shooting accident....

I have a inexpensive collection but effective.
M&P9c,ati 92c($300mberetta centurian copy),S&W s22a, Marlin 60, keltec pf9, mosin m44,keltec sub2000 9mm, and a phoenix arms hp22a.

IMO missing from my collection

Battle rifle.. I want to build an AR but can see myself ending up with a SKS
Shotgun want dual use 18" barrel and long barrel for skeet
1911.. I cast and reload 9mm and shoot very cheap(think .22 bulk prices) so its hard for me to invest in anything not 9mm at the time.

Maybe hunting rifle.. I dont hunt for a few reasons.. no one to show me the ropes, money, drive a car and if born after 1975 you have to take the hunter safety course .

The ranges I shoot at other than 1 that I hate don't allow rifle calibers or shotguns so I am hesitant to invest into something I wont shoot much.

Not a big collection, but I got cleaned out in a burglary in February. My Sig P220 and 45 Carbine aren't in the photos.

You know, if you don't want to participate in this sort of thread, just don't even open it.

I've deleted another set of comments to try to keep this thread on track.

I will get some up soon. Have to take some pics for insurance purposes if nothing else. Have recently come into (to me) a great many firearms, as I haven't had any since 1991 when I returned my service weapons.
AK 47 (wife loves it, bought pink camo case for it)
Savage .25-20 with scope from 1930
12 guage pump (as yet undetermined, but 50+yrs old)
Enfield chambered in .308
Autauga MKII .32
Walther P1
S&W model 46 .22 target pistol
And a Makarov...

I was going to read this thread, but I fell victim to a boating accident.

Sorry. I guess I should get around to taking a picture of my family some day.

I get what your saying about staying with 9mm, I will probably never buy another auto but if I do it will be 9mm. You just can't beat the prices. I try to buy guns that I have some sort of use for. The Ruger GSR takes the place of some of my rifles. I don't care what they say about it but I LOVE my GSR. It makes a fine hunting rifle as well. The longest I have shot it was 500 yards and it did just fine. But I would suggest you get a hunting/bolt action rifle of some kind. They are a lot of fun.

What is a large collection? Is this (and this doesn't even include the rifles, shotguns, in fact, not even all the handguns...)?

Ok I'll play since I'm bored and it's raining...

The big picture is a bit old and I have since had a couple traded away as well as some new additions into the fold. The other pics are some of the latest additions. :D

This picture is several years old- I've since moved, and have a bunch more, and sold a bunch, but it gives an idea. Most of the carbines and such that didn't fit between the ceiling beams were leaned against a wall, and I was running out of walls.
