Who is the woman Dr. who told Charles Schumer in 1994 that "...we need these type of guns to protect ourselves from you!! ......" on AWB discussion.

She later became a member of Congress. (I think) Her parents were killed when she left her CCW in her car as per local law. She then became a big pro-gun advocate.

George Jo Hennard (23) On October 16, 1991, Hennard crashed his blue Ford pickup truck through the plate glass window of Luby's Cafeteria in Killeen, Texas. As he stepped out of the truck he screamed, "This is what Bell County has done to me! I hope all this is worth it, Texas!" Then he systematically opened fire throughout the cafeteria killing twenty-three and wounding twenty. As he was running out of munitions he went to the rest room and put his last bullet in his brain. One surviving employee hid in the freezer. Another crawled into the dishwasher where he stayed hidden for almost a day.

She is a babe.....then.....and still.
Good one.

Fooey. The Google site is busy. Likely THR members buring their server.

edited. Site back up. This is a must watch for everyone. Please post it again as the case comes up.

re-edit: Aagghh, it keeps playing and I had to listen to the voice of the "impeached One" as he goes on about the then proposed AWB. You can stop watching at about 2:55

Off point, but does any man find Megyn Kendall too beautiful to be taken seriously as an attorney? She is following the Duke rape case on Fox news and I just stare at her 50 mega watt blue eyes and when Brett comes back on I just say to myself, "huh, what did she say?"

"I know I'm not making myself popular here. But the Second Amendment is not about duck hunting. It's about our right -- all of our rights -- to protect ourselves from all of you sitting up there."

Wow.

On my way to visit my mother in Texas I often stop to eat in Lampasas, where her office is. It seems like a nice little Texas town.

She is retiring? I actually enjoy voting for her. She was on KLBJ AM the other morning arguing against no knock raids. She is good people.

Yep, the look on his face that tells you he doesn't care. He's better than all of us and 'knows' what's 'best' for us. (or, at least politically expedient for him)

tell the politicians of both parties how you feel. VOTE FOR KINKY.
Huh?

1. This was about the TX legislature, not the governor.
2. All of the posts were WORRIED about change, not complaining about the way things currently are.
3. The TX legislature has been very productively pro-gun for some time with the last session passing something like 8 pro-gun/pro-hunting bills.

Maybe you accidentally posted this on the wrong thread?
