Here is the email I got today...
II. SUSAN'S SURVEY
First, I want to thank all of you who took the time to answer last month's survey. While these surveys are not scientific, they are intended to roughly gauge San Diegans' views on key issues of the day.
Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to prevent individuals from voting repeatedly without tracking their Internet use through the use of "cookies." As much as I would like to preserve the integrity of my online polls, I understand and respect concerns about Internet privacy and therefore do not use cookies to deter survey manipulation.
As a result, I regret that I was unable to assess even ballpark results from my last survey regarding the assault weapons ban (AWB). While the typical online poll from my E-Newsletter garners anywhere from 3,000 - 5,000 votes, the AWB survey received hundreds of thousands of votes each day, causing the poll to continually reset itself.
Despite this inadmissible outcome, I hope that you will participate in this month's survey. Please help to keep it as accurate as possible by voting only once. The views of all San Diegans are important to me, whether they fall within the majority or minority.
This time, I'd like to ask for your opinions on election reform and hear about your experiences during the November elections.
Please take a moment to click here and share your thoughts on these critical issues.
(To maintain the integrity of the survey, please vote only once for each question. Thank You.)
Here is her next survey...(non-gun)

I think we would have been better off not "nuking" it but just keeping it skewed in our favor.
