Fastcast, I don't see anything especially "artistic" about that pistol except the billboard on the slide and frame....PRETTY ARTISTIC
Way too much text on that pistol.
BTW, it deserves a better holster than that one.

How about this! I once had this girlfriend who at one time was an engineering student and worked for Union Carbide. She watched me dissasseble the bolt from a Mexican Mauser Model 24 Cavalry carbine and as she watched the ease in which it came apart and then studied the pieces and asked how old it was she remarked" This is ingenious and so beautiful". She eventually took a "Becoming an outdoorswoman" course and took up shooting. Should have married her. Good personality too and hot. Im stupid.
Yeah but the commies ripped off the Colt 1903 Pocket-Hammerless fot the Tokarev's styling.

Beauty is a gun that goes bang when I need it. To me, a firearm is not a fashion accessory. It is a tool... a tool that rarely gets to show itself off in public places. My priorities are reliability, durability, performance and comfort... good looks are a ways down the list. I guess that's why I am a fan of companies like Glock and Kel Tec.
Having said that, there is a soft place in my heart for a pretty gun with classic looks. However, that gun is rarely in my pocket/holster when I need it.
