Why doesn't anyone in USA (commercially) load 357SIG to CIP spec?

Have been very busy with side job. Some interesting things I will definitely come back and read (and yes I spelled definitely correctly). BTW for those of you who have never seen any Steyr pistols (S, M, L, 9, 40, 357, -A1 or not) they all have CIP proofing stamps on the slide and barrel and so do mine(s?). Don't know if it also goes on the milled steel frame that sits inside plastic. I could just skim and write "SEE CIP is sometimes lower but they say 357SIG can be hotter but then again measuring techniques..." instead, I will be back as I don't want to miss a single reply. Greatly appreciate it fellas!
(Currently contemplating buying a 9mm for reloading and other stuff lol... y'all are horrible for my account balance! :D)

PS : CIP proof @ 130% of 44,240psi = 57,512psi dang I wouldn't daily feed those but ... glad to know my guns survived that... "rifle" round.... and passed magnetic flux leakage test. Anybody know what SAAMI proofing is at for 357SIG?? They seem to vary depending on individual round. I've seen anywhere from 17% to 70%. Oh and I'm only kidding if anybody is getting the impression I'm trying to load it to 55,000+ psi...
