Yes, the day is here! The old lady applied for her CCW today. This is several years in the making and I am very excited. During weekdays when I am working she is the sole protector of our three kids. Having a CCW will help keep them safe and will help keep my mind at ease.
Photo is of the wife at the Ada County Idaho Sherriff's Concealed Weapons counter filling out the application. Very friendly lady named Nora working the counter. Note the "Concealed Weapons" sign hanging from the ceiling. Good stuff. My wife was nervous but it all worked out great. Now we wait for the background check. Two or three weeks and we'll be good to go.
