Will a G26 Guide Rod/Spring fit a G30?

I've tried to shoot target loads to no avail in a G30 and looked a little bit for a lighter spring. Wolff sells a 2lb reduction but that's as low as they go. Would a G26 guide rod and spring fit a G30? I believe it's a 14lb rod vs the G30's 17lb.

No.
But you can buy aftermarket guide rods and different spring weights for the 30.

15 pounds should be plenty light.
The stock G26 spring is 16 pounds and is too small to fit in the larger G30.
