I did, and I wasn't planning to. I bought this from a novice knife maker at his first show. Still very happy with the knife.

Gary Griffin of Bend OR is his name....

I hope this year to get one of your knives. I want one before I die. Getting one is on my to-do bucket list.

I own many customs from Fred Perrin, Mark Terrell, Mike Grayman, Trace Rinaldi and Dwaine Carrillo. Perrin and Grayman are my favorites cuz I don't feel bad using them.

TA, if you ever get slow, PM me and maybe we can work something out on one of your customs slippies.

I did buy one about thirty years ago. Got it from a local fellow and probably paid way too much for it, but it's been a darn good knife over the years. Skinned many a deer with it.

The only picture I have of it.

If I do buy a custom any kind of knife it will be hair popping sharp from the maker unless it is a trainer or a specialty knife.. I can buy endless butterknives in Walmart and sharpen them my sef !

I want to buy them. Lots of them..... but I want the tools to make them myself. So money just gets saved.....

Maybe if I start making some better ones I can work out trades. :D
