Winchester brass.

I have run all the usual brands of brass in 9MM, 40 S&W, and 45 ACP. The only thing that stuck with me was the FC brass had thinner necks. Most times I have found that if the base does not fit the shell holder most of them are banged up and a file will solve the problem if you so choose to fix them. Years ago I had a batch of 45 LC brass that would not fit at all. But I forgot the brand so it may not be relevant.

The only cartridge I load where Winchester brass totally sucks is 380acp. I don’t bother checking anything, I just throw it away.
I've started throwing away WIN 380 brass as well. It is more of a problem with a particular gun I have, though, that does not like the squared rims on the WIN brass (and a few others) as it causes a problem feeding in that one gun (a Ruger LCP). Rims with beveled edges are good to go. It took me a while to figure that one out.

I have had a problem occasionally with some 44 mag cases that would not fit the shellholder, and some of them were Winchester. Other than that, I've not had any problems with their brass, and consider them good in the semi-auto rounds.

My primary reason, is the nonexistent neck tension with win brass in 380. It’s as bad as RP is in 45. I suppose it could be alright if you were throwing lead instead of jacketed. I can live with brass that may sometimes hang up in the holder, because the extractor doesn’t seem to care

In the case of that LCP, it was causing a jam in the gun, looked like a double-feed, because the extractor was letting go of the spent case. The spent case was halfway out of the chamber, the next round was trying to feed under it, and because it was halfway out of the mag, the mag could not be removed. The whole problem was because the rear edge of the case rim was getting caught on the case mouth of the next round. A bevel on the rim fixed the problem. I actually went to the trouble to bevel the rims, until I figured I had enough 380 brass to last a while. So, I started tossing any brass that had a square rim, which included WIN.

I never noticed a problem with neck tension in the WIN 380 brass.

Over the last 10+ years I've reloaded 1000s of rounds of Win brass in more than 10 calibers.
I can't say I like or dislike any of them.

They're OK to me.

They've been loaded anywhere from 1 to 20+ times.
The only time I've noticed any brass to NOT fit a shell holder was when using my single stage Lee press.

I almost always use a Dillon.
Seems the shell plate fit is looser than a Lee shell holder.

The only revolver I load for is my wife's 357 S&W. The only cases I have are Starline and they work great.

I use Winchester cases for 9mm and 45. Some of that is reused Win White Box bought at Walmart. I think it is good brass no issues.

Winchester rifle brass has always functioned for me. Not the most accurate. I use Lapua when it matters.
