Winchester Model 70 Question

I found a Winchester Model 70 for sale.
Caliber is 30-06, blued, OEM synthetic stock, Simmons 3x9 scope.
They want $350 - could probably get it for $300.
Looks like new!

Is this a good price? Any information would be appreciated.

Good price -- albeit this is almost certainly a post-64 gun, and not a "classic."
